The Student Farm & Children's Garden Program
Each year, thousands of elementary school children visit the farm to learn about garden ecology and growing food. The Student Farm, part of the UC Davis Agricultural Sustainability Institute, is the site of formal courses and field research projects focused on sustainable agriculture.

PES Salad Bowl Garden
This student-run organic garden demonstrates how landscape can be a productive space and at the same time bring people closer to their food.
Located in front of the Plants and Environmental Sciences Building.

Co-op Gardens and Project Compost
The Co-ops are an ecologically conscious and culturally diverse student community dedicated to low impact and sustainable living. The gardens are used to grow organic food for residents and also demonstrate composting techniques by the student run organization Project Compost.

The Experimental College Community Garden offers plot rentals to the general public for a small annual fee. Land, water, tools, mulch, manure, and gardening advice are included with your rental.
